Our network team reviews your application, verifies your credentials, and confirms GNET connectivity. We’ll reach out directly if we have questions or need anything additional.

Activation

Get Activated

Once approved, you’re added to the CTC Alliance network. We confirm your rate card, set up your GNET connection, and brief you on how rides will be dispatched to your market.

Rides start flowing to your market through GNET. Complete the trip, submit through the network, and get paid by credit card — no invoicing, no waiting, no friction.

CTC Alliance is a quality network — not an open directory. Here’s what we look for in every partner before activation.

Proper Licensing & Insurance

Valid operating authority, commercial auto insurance meeting minimum coverage requirements, and all applicable local and state permits for your market.

GNET Connectivity

All Alliance work flows through GNET. Partners must be active on the GNET network — or willing to get connected as part of the onboarding process.

Professional Fleet & Chauffeurs

Late-model, well-maintained vehicles and professionally presented, licensed chauffeurs. CTC's clients expect a premium experience — your operation needs to deliver it.

24/7 Dispatch Capability

Ability to accept and dispatch rides around the clock. CTC's clients operate at all hours — Alliance partners need to be reachable and operational when the work comes in.

Established Local Operation

An active, established operation in your market with demonstrated capacity to handle referral volume reliably. We're looking for operators, not brokers.

Credit Card Processing

All Alliance payments are processed by credit card. Partners must have the ability to accept credit card payment for completed rides through the GNET platform.
